Once a time in life, a musical ascends from his area and become a true legend.  «Les Miserables», one of the most acclaimed show on all the planet, was seen for more than 60 million people in 42 countries and showed in 21 languages on the whole world - and, 28 years later after it's debut, continues to be a break box office.





In January, the lengthy musical of all times, will carry his intensity to the big screen: Hugh Jackman, the oscared Russell Crowe and Anne Hathaway lead a cast full of stars on this cinematographic adaptation of one of the biggest phenomenon success in musicals.



 
Directed by Tom Hooper, the director that was distinguished with an oscar for his work in «King's Speech», and with the production of Working Title/Cameron Mackintosh, the movie counts with the participation of Amanda Seyfried, Eddie Redmayne, Aaron Tveit and Samantha Barks, besides of Helena Bonham Carter and Sacha Baron Cohen






The Soundtrack will be edited in the 14th of Januaryby Polydor Records. 
                The movie premiere will be at 3rd of January.

   




The sublime and spectacular interpretation of Tom Hooper of the mythical work of Victor Hugo explores a new path in which the cast spontaneously sings alive during the footage, on instead of acting with playbacks.



 

This is the first time that this technique is used in a big movie and, Hooper said «has a profound effect in the empowering and the reality in the story».





Having as background France from XIX century, «Les Miserables» tells us a breathtaking adventure of broken dreams and non matched loves, passion, sacrifice and redemption, in a timeless demonstration of the ability of survival in the human spirit. Jackman represents the ex-convict Jean Valjean that, after his release from jail, he is persecuted for decades by the ruthless detective Javert (Crowe). But, as soon as Valjean agrees to take care of the little daughter of the worker (Hathaway), their lives change for ever.





With all the action focused in a group of outcasts united by the challenge towards corruption and the requirement for change, Victor Hugo's tale presented 1
50 years ago, has been inspiring the whole world in one of the most lengthy musical of all times.




 
Now, «Les Miserables» comes to the big screen with a huge energy, from the interpretation of Hooper of this epic classic.
With all the international superstars and with beloved songs adored in all the globe, and amongst them «I Dreamed a Dream», «Bring Him Home», «One Day More» and «On My Own», the show of the shows reborns in a cinematographic musical experience truly unforgettable.
