This film is based on true events that occurred around Edgbaston Reservoir, Birmingham, England.
The story is of a child's perception of home and it's opposite, a dark mysterious land. A tale of good versus evil found in the most unlikely place and an entirely new interpretation of the urban landscape. The film transcends the realist narrative and becomes a fantasy adventure inspired by the magic of the reservoir. Francesca's Key is produced and directed by Pogus Caesar for Windrush Productions.
